I am doing a new project at my school. I am at a junior high, but our
students typically have little experience with computers, Word, Excel and
PowerPoint. I felt it would be great to introduce them into the basics.

So, I am looking for basic, introductory lessons that are about 20-30
minutes in length. Keeping in mind that these are 7th to 9th graders, I
need to limit the cuteness factor, but still keep it interesting.
Typically, vocabulary words are to be encouraged and I have suitable
lists, but anything that can manipulate the lists or any other data in a
educational way would be wonderful.

Any ideas, leads or lessons would be greatfully accepted.
