Attached is a document in both Word and Appleworks format. It is
intended primarily for those of you that have Mac OS X users that you
need to support but haven't really had any information to work with

This does not constitute official support or endorsement of OS X.
Just helpfulness to make your life easier for the OS X questions you
need to answer. And give your end users an extra bit of help to make
using OS X easier and useful. The only OS X users that IS supports
are those special ed teachers with iMacs for spedweb and anyone with
a Mac that only boots into OS X

Provided I receive permission in the future, I will post tips of this
type as I find them. And anyone who knows me, knows I read a lot of
Mac stuff :) And any questions should be sent to me directly and will
be answered in my spare time
