Both of these site have games that can  be done online in Spanish.  But
they are not downloadable.

www.edmark.com
This site has downloadable games and one says it can be downloaded in
Spanish, but I have not done this.  The game is Millie's Math House.

Also our policy is that children can go on the internet unless a parent
specifically restricts them from doing so.
