Several people have suggested websites, and I think I'm caught up for 
now.  Here they are:

Theme Pages- great for doing research; it's in the Search portal, last link.

P.E. Central- lesson plans, etc., for PE teachers; in the Resources/Lesson 
Plans_worksheets portal, last link.

Exercise RX- great visuals on the correct way to use PE equipment, exercise 
instruction, etc.; in the Secondary portal

Artists- biographies and quotes; in two different places- the Secondary 
portal, last link, and the Social Studies/People/Famous People portal.
