Try the two minute two step soft reset.   First, unplug the ethernet cord
from the printer than unplug the power cord from the printer wait two
minutes after both things are unplugged.  Last, after the two minutes plug
the ethernet cord back into the printer and put the power cord in.  That
should reset your computer on the network and it should print whatever was
clogged.  If this does not work call the helpdesk to unclog the printer.
Make sure you tell the Helpdesk what school server you are cnnected to.
E.g. Edison is connected to Westwood
