Here's what I did..

Right-click My Computer
Click Properties
Click on "Advanced" tab
In Performance section, click Settings
Click "Advanced" tab
In Virtual Memory section, click Change
Select Custom Size
Inital size 3050
Max size 4000

This problem is strange, because most of my computers have smaller numbers
for the virtual memory size and Phonics Express works just fine. But some
of them and also the new Dell computers I had to make this change.
