More than 20 schools did not have their data backed up yesterday because there was at least one
computer still logged on to the Renlearn folder. The backups cannot proceed unless there are now
connections to the server. The backups take place around 6:00PM every day. Some schools have
not been backed up for two weks.

We have to find a way for all the computers to be turned off each day. This is causing a very
dangerous situation as far as our ability to recover missing or destroyed AR data.
