Private folders are now set up - For the Crismon Teachers, I activated
all of the folders using their log in names (email names) and then I
sent out a memo stating the following:

<"To access your private folders, go to the "Apple" icon on top left
corner, click, hold and drag to chooser.  Click "AppleShare" on the left
side of screen, then double click on "g4______" on the right side of
screen.  Your log in name is your email name, (ie pdgriffi) common
password is "welcome".

Teachers, after you log in for the first time under your private folders,
before you click on "connect", please change the password to make it
private for your use only by clicking on "change password" and follow
those directions.

Then click on "connect" and the screen will show three choices.
"Home", "Share",  and "Teachers".  Highlight "Teachers" and click "ok".
On the desktop you will then see the icon "Teacher", double click and
then scroll to your name and double click.  (Your folder will be the only
one unlocked.">

Then I hand out the same directions on saving to folders that the
students use.  Good luck.
