Hi Taunia:

Yes you can.  If it is a school within the district, Contact that school.
There are two ways you can do it.
1)  Have them export her information onto a floppy disk an send it to you.
Then you import it to yours.
or
2)  Contact the AR administrator of that school and through the file server
(if you both have one) you can  export that file from server to server.
 ( Make a folder on your server then they can export that file to you)  If
you need any more help with it let me know and I will do the best I can.
