For Students to save their work in teachers' folders (not private folders)

1.  Go to "Apple" icon top left corner of task bar
2.  Click and drag to "Chooser"... then
      a.  On left side of window screen, click 1x on "AppleShare"
      b.  On right side of same window, click 2x on "g4______"
3.  a.  In "registered User Name" box , type teacher's name (ie
Freeman or McMahon)
      b.  In "Password" box, type "mac" and click 1x on "connect"
4.  "Home" should be highlighted, if not, highlight it and click 2x on "ok"
5.  Close chooser window ("apple" w)
6.  Create your work, go to "file", drag to "Save as...", Title your
document....
7.  Then in that same window scroll to teacher's last name
8.  Double click on teacher's name
9.  Scroll to find your folder (by students' first names, in abc order)
10.  Open and click on "Save"

TO OPEN WORK ALREADY SAVED IN FOLDER

Do steps 1 through 4
5.  Click 2x on "home" icon on desktop
6.  Scroll until you find teacher's name, click 2x
7.  Scroll through until you find your folder (student), click 2x, open
document

SAVE WORK AS CLARISWORKS DOCUMENT in lab to retrieve in
classroom

Do steps 1 through 6, then...
2.  In same window, under "file format",  click on "file format" and drag
to ClarisWorks 4, let go, then...
3,  Finish with steps 7 through 10.

CLOSE ALL WINDOWS, CLOSE PROGRAMS AND DRAG "HOME"
ICON TO THE TRASH.
