Hi Steve (and the rest of you!),
I've been to the second site you've suggested, with third graders, and they 
loved it.  At first, the students looked up at the screen projection, and 
we made decisions together.  It wasn't long before they couldn't wait to 
continue the journey themselves.  Here's where I have the link

The human body link looks great!  Good find!  I'll post it in Science, and 
5th/6th grade/Human Body.
