For the first two weeks school is in session I will be available to
sort out any Mac problems or questions you may have. Primarily this
is intended for the OS X labs and using DeepFreeze. But my team did
work on the OS 9 labs and you have the disk and instructions for
cloning one iMac in your lab to another

So if you have a Mac question or problem I will be available to help.
But if it's a mundane, everyday issue like needing a battery or the
like, please call the help desk for a work order. After the first two
weeks or so I will be handling regular work orders

I have a calendar that is updated regularly of work that needs done.
You can access it at http://www.icalx.com/html/cdb/day.php?cal=Work -
all that is required to access this calendar is a web browser. And it
can accessed from a Mac or a PC
