Hi Jodi

        There are a few things you can try

Change the sensitivity on your scanner.  Open up your Quick Scann as the
Administative Manager,     Go to set up on top of the menu bar       Down
to Preferences        Open that up and you will see the sensitivity bar.
Make it more sensitive.  Call me if that doesn't work   472-1216
