You will have to backup the documents that the teacher has on the machine.
It will be difficult to backup whole programs because of the extensions that
it uses will also be needed.  You can backup the data to the G4 server at
your site.  If you need a account created for backup purposes only. Please
let me know.  Also BIG NOTE ****  WHEN YOU BACKUP THE DATA, DO NOT COPY THE
EUDORA FOLDER OVER TO THE SERVER.  WE DONT WANT TO HAVE ANOTHER EPSIODE OF
BRINGING THEM ALL IN AGAIN  :)

I have a few questions about the upgrades for the PowerMacs to
OS 9.1 during the summertime.

What kind of things do the teachers need to back up?  Documents,
whole programs, etc? Once the computer is reimaged, the OS loaded,
what else will be loaded?  ClarisWorks?  AppleWorks?  Internet?
AR?  etc....
