Lori,
Be careful to submit a paper trail,(equipment transfer form),  if you get a 
scanner from another school. When the scanners were first purchased they 
were bar coded. Later, they were just etched with "MUS". The one's with bar 
codes need the paper work. Otherwise Property Control will be very unhappy :-(.
