Hi Joanne, I have got the same message trying to run Data Dr. and found
that it is because someone in our building is logged into AR.  When
everyone is logged out of AR I can run Data Dr. just fine. We run it every
Tuesday and Thursday morning. On those days my teachers don't log into AR
until after 8:30 which is right when school starts.
