To All,

I was once a tech and here is the info. I haven't heard anything about
leaving notes. If the contact is there at the time of repair, we do say
what is wrong and how we fixed it. Ernie is the directory of Info Systems,
but if you want that request it has to go to Nick LaMonica (Supervisor of
Computer Support). He gets to make the decision on what his staff does out
there in the Field. I Hope this helps.

Thanks
