I'd like to have some training on the PC. Things like when and how to
defrag, and some other kinds of trouble shooting we can do before we call
for help.I know this may sound primary but something like what is safe
mode? When we get into labs unless we've had experience on the kinds of
computers we are now working with we need all kinds of training. We like
what we do but would feel a lot more comfortable when we have trouble with
the computers to know what to try, other than to say I don't know what's
wrong with it.
