Hi
- Sounds like the BIOS may need to be updated on the biostar - that
information can be located from biostar's web site, under
"http://www.biostar.com.tw/support/bios/ "the IT department will need to
be the one to do any updates. But you can check the release date of your
bios. To do this press the pause button on the key board at boot up and
the release date can be seen. (Be patient it may take a couple of tries to
get it paused at the correct time.)
- Or maybe the default monitor/adapter settings need to be adjusted at the
bios level. It sounds like it works when you power down then up.
- On some boards the power management should be controlled via windows and
not from BIOS. therefore the Bios setting should be disabled or off.
