Thank you all for the great input at today's meeting. I will briefly go over
the key points that were brought up:

 • Jeff Rossi explained the new back-up system for the AR data folders.
It is backed up every night and kept as daily archives of AR data. This means
that if you lose or damage your data you will always have a backup from the
previous day. At the end of the month, these files are burned on a CD and
saved downtown. Pretty cool, huh!

 • Joe Freeman showed us the ins and outs of cleaning the HP 600 series
printers. Everyone had hands on experience. Nice packet of information put
together by Betsy Shirk. We have to keep those printers running as long as
possible! If you want a packet, contact your trainer.

 • The STAR Early Literacy training is available for lab techs. Call Prof
Development a week before the training to see if there's a spot for you.
Reniasannce is recommending AR 6.0 if you plan to use SEL. Contact your
trainer when your school is ready to upgrade. The 6.0 upgrade is painless and
can be done in about an hour. Contact your trainer for more information.

 • Did I leave anything out? Any questions? [log in to unmask] 20014

Thank you for all that you do every single day. It is such a pleasure to
work with such a dedicated group. We'll see you on April 25 at the Ishikawa
PC lab.

Don
