Ron,
Thanks for the info regarding your attempt to backup the O'Connor server
yesterday. I apologize for the inconvenience this caused, but O'Connor
teachers are frequently on campus over the weekend completing tasks that
they are unable to complete during the week which may include AR reports.

The new 60 minute idle time has posed several problems on our campus. The
shorter period of time has caused an interruption in the daily routine in
the classroom. Students trying to take an AR quiz are encountering
numerous "data doctor" errors. This forces the student or teacher to exit
out of AR and then reload the program. Many of our classroom computers are
the old Powermacs so this is not a fast process! I understand the reason
for the new idle time, however, we would appreciate you reconsidering the
needs of the students and teachers on an elementary campus. A two-hour
idle time may be a more reasonable compromise. Also, a quick email last
week about the idle time change would have been helpful.

Thanks,
Tammy Parker
