I am interested in troubleshooting the operating system software for
Windows and Macs. I generally know when to call for help, but I often feel
like I could resolve more issues myself. For instance, diagnosing a PC
with no sound--I know a few places to look and things to test, but I'm sure
there are more. Also, our Macs give us system errors every so often and
I'd like to be able to manuever through the Mac OS better than I do right
now (I'm a PC person at heart!)
Thanks!
