One important thing BACK-UP

Who knows what happens to these computers over summer break, especially if
there is summer school. Each teacher should save a copy of every file they
want to keep. Any important documents or grade books or pictures or
anything. If they want to have it next year, they need to save it to a
disc or flash drive for safe keeping.
