School District listserv, if you know of someone who would like these
minutes please forward their email address to me.

I do apologize for these minutes being late.  I am aware of TITLE 1/CHAPTER
5/§312(b)2 of Vermont Statues mandating minutes of public meetings be
available for inspection after five days from the date of the meeting.  I
was having technical difficulties.
