Attached are the draft minutes of the 5 May 2004 meeting of the WCSU
Supervisory Board in .pdf format.  I sincerely apologize for the delay in
sending out these minutes.  While Statute does state the minutes need to be
out in 5 days, the amount of information discussed and the speed of the
meeting, necessitated the additional time.  Please be forewarned, these
minutes are eight pages long.  If information could be sent to the District
Boards ahead of meeting time, it would be beneficial.

I will be faxing these minutes to John Aaron. Cheryl and Frank get these
minutes as part of the Townshend Listserv.  As always, please contact me if
you have difficulty with these minutes.
