Re: the new kindergartener - my questions are:

On what are you basing your thought that he will need a one on one?  Do you
have information from a pre-school or previous school screening?  How long
would it take us to do a full screening?  Are you thinking he will be sped
qualified eventually?

While I completley trust your judgement -  I am worried about the perception
that we're keeping staff that we don't know we'll need.
