The Agenda Item - TES practice re: field trips and discipline was asked for
by David to allow discussion of whether students having disciplinary
problems are allowed to participate in field trips.  I guess a better
question would be: Are field trips a right or a privilege?

In the future I will request agenda additions through the list serve to
allow for ease of reply to the email for questions.
