This is a reminder of the 5 August 2003 Special Meeting of the Townshend
School Board during which we will work on the Warning for the Special Town
Meeting.

Cheryl has spoken with an Attorney who will be available by conference call.
I will be working this weekend to have my questions ready to allow for a
shorter phone call, potentially to Burlington Vt.
