Due to lack of quorum, the regular Townshend School Board meeting 
scheduled for August 8, 2011 could not be held. An emergency meeting was 
scheduled on August 9, 2011 to conduct the following limited business. 
All other business will be conducted during the next Townshend School 
Board meeting on September 12, 2011.

Attached are the draft minutes of the August 9, 2011 Townshend School 
Board Emergency meeting.
