The principals have received information about this. Each student has their own Active Directory log on, and they will be able to save things in MPS Share in the "classes" folder if they are logged on with Active Directory. I am having the fourth through sixth do this this year, but IS has told me that next year, it will go down to third grade. The younger classes will still be able to use the stu149 and Mesa2014.

The new log on is as such; username (all lower case) first initial, middle initial, last name (may be truncated in some cases), then birth month and day (no spaces). The password is (upper case) first initial, (lower case) last initial, then the student ID number.

Printers must be added to each Active Directory account.

Hope this helps.
