Hi is anyone having trouble with AbcMouse the free we were able to get and use for any number of students?

Our students love it but we have been having trouble with it.

Just recently when students change user and click on their class name it automatically changes to 1 student. This happens on many computers in the lab.

I have contacted them and no response. There was something earlier that I contacted them on and no response.
