When students are going from the beginner level to the intermediate level 
and they don't pass the test Mavis Beacon freezes.  Ctrl+Alt+Delete to end 
task, open Mavis again, go to lesson and use arrow to go back one lesson 
and they can re-do the test, either they will move on or stay at the 
beginner level but the program won't freeze.
