Hello,
I found this web-site where you can make interactive word search puzzles. 
It can be played on a computer or the smart board.  To highlight a word
you must “click’ (or touch the smart board) on the 1st and on the last
letter of the word.  After puzzles have been created they can be saved to
your desktop by right clicking on the underlined words next to the mouse
picture (right picture below) and then copy and pasting the short cut to
your desktop.  Below is a screen shot of what the puzzle looks like.
