Ciao Lauran,

I had the same problem on one of my Ruby iMacs... in one case the
Tool Bar item was missing from the folder -- I don't know if it was
accidentally thrown away while FoolProof was off or if it just
glitched out into the ether!

Try these tips:

1)  Go into Monitor and resize your screen.  If you can see the tool
bar move it to the center of the screen and then go back to your
preferred size.  I have actually had the tool bar come up OFF the
screen if the monitor is adjusted while PowerPoint is open.

2)  Throw away the entire PowerPoint folder and re-install from the
ground up.  Be sure to save any open work.
