If this is the same program that they have been using for years (4-5)
there are issues with it.  In our lab the program crashes about 50% of the
time everytime we use it.  We did not have to reimage thankfully but it
never has been reliable.  Plus the one we have(it goes with a black book
with planets on it)is rather outdated.  Not sure if this is the same one.
