For IE users, check out this link

It specifies IE 6 for PC users, but it should work on most versions
of IE, Mac and PC. The latest version of Netscape (7.02) has built in
blocking so IE shouldn't be far behind

A note of caution, if you use Netscape 7.02, it has not been tested
by IS for compatibility or acceptability.
