We now have a time server again so your Macs can automatically set
their time. The following is from network support

So if your Mac is already using the address "g4time" you can leave it
alone. If you're using something else then either "g4time" or
"ntp.mpsaz.org" then you need to change it.

In OS 9 go control panels > date & time > (use network time server is
checked) Server Options > Click on the Network Time Server name >
Edit list > Click on server name > click edit > change both name
fields > click done > click every 24 hours > click set time - the
cursor will change to a watch and back and then click ok. It will
tell you when the clock was last synched

In OS 10.2 go to System Preferences > Date & Time > Network and enter
the time server name and then set time now and you're done. Be sure
the checkbox for using the time server is checked

In OS 10.3 go to System Preferences > Date & Time and enter the time
server name and hit return and you're done. Be sure the checkbox for
using the time server is checked

For OS 9 users, you can set the time server on your network assistant
Mac and then use network asst to push out the date&time preferences.
And since all the elementary schools were reimaged, you will have
access to all that are turned on

For OS X users, it will have to be done to each Mac. I haven't worked
out a way to use Apple Remote Desktop to fix this. But all images
will have this from now on. Especially the OS X work scheduled for
summer

Any problems or questions, please contact me directly
