From the Officers of Windham Central Supervisory Union:

The Windham Central Supervisory Union Executive Committee appointed Joe 
Silver as Interim Superintendent to serve until the end of 2007.  Joe 
has been a past Superintendent of the Springfield School District and is 
well known in the education field in Vermont.  Joe worked with Windham 
Central in our Interim Superintendent and Superintendent searches, as 
well as working with Jamaica Village School in their Principle search.
