Hi -
Who do we contact with AR issues while Debbie is out?

A student new to our school cannot take a STAR quiz because she can't log
in.  She is on the teacher's Student Information report, but it shows her
password as her student id instead of her name. We've tried using both her
student id and her name for the password but neither works.
