At Whitman, we were refreshed and I had the same problem, I thought I was 
doing something wrong, because I couldn't connect at all. I called the help 
desk and informed them I wasn't connecting to the the DataStore. Turns out 
there was a slight  problem with the server, so IS came out and took it for 
1 day. Since then everything has run just fine.
