Thanks for all of your suggestions.  I had all of the programs downloaded,
virtual memory set, roxy's are O.K. and still.....PROBLEMS!!  As I said
before, it is maybe 10 machines that will not accept one or another or
none!  Strange, I know--maybe possessed?
   I am trying to get hold of micrograms themselves (when I have 5 minutes)!
