Hi Everyone,
I've done a little house cleaning on the edtech website, mainly in the
Science portal. I've renamed Planets to Space, and then pulled in several
of the space-related websites from Science and put them into the Space
portal. I hope that makes sense. I also added a new website to this portal
called NASA Brain Bites. It contains several short video clips on
space-related topics, i.e., "How can you scratch your nose in a space
suit?" I've also created a new category in the Science portal called
Environmental. I took several of the environmental-related websites from
the Science portal and put them here. I also added a new site called US
Fish and Wildlife Service.
In the Social Studies portal, I've added two new categories: Maps and
Atlases, and People. You'll see that both of these are just a
consolidation of some of the existing sites, with one new one: Brainy
Atlas. Speaking of Brainy Atlas, Gail Slusar sent me several "brainy"
sites. I'll be posting the rest soon. Thanks Gail!
Hope you're all off to a great start for this new year. See you soon.
