We're having the exact same problems here at Sirrine with Mavis!!! I've
just been having them restart Mavis & making sure it runs through the whole
introduction process.  I'm trying to monitor the ones who click the mouse
during the start up process to see if they are the ones who freeze up, no
luck yet.
