Are you using Eudora?  If so, click on the button that looks like a
piece of paper clipped to a yellow envelope.  It's next to a button
that looks like a book.
        ( - look up from here -  - all the way to the top button
bar)  Then find the item you wish to attach - Double-click on the
folder you saved it in, then double-click on the document.  It should
attach it to your email.
