Lori,

Our Librarian has used it for the state reports with comparing 
countries - and I show the same for the
user name and the password as you have - MPS4,  search is the 
password.  Did you try "capital letters" for
MPS?  I do not know which is correct, but I wrote down "MPS" not 
"mps"  - it may not even make a difference.
