Before you disable the personal coach you need to turn of deep freeze

Is there a way to remove the Mavis Beacon personal coach icon that is in 
the toolbar bar. I know in win 98 we were able too.
Also I keep getting the typing practice reminder message (in Mavis
Beacon),  I have selected the little box to disable it but it still comes
up. Any  ideas or suggestions. Lab is all PC's, XP and has deep freeze.
