I found these instructions from awhile ago for the PC. I don't know
if it will help.

1) Turn off Fool Proof off
2) Double-click "My Computer", and open the "C" drive.
3) Open the following folders in this order: Program File, Edmark,
Mighty Math Carnival, Kids Folder.
4) Delete all folders in this window except "Kid 1". This is the Guest.
5) Close all folders and launch Mighty Math Carnival.
6) Get to the Adult Mode by holding down the keys "Control, Alt, A"
(no quotes).
7) From the Users Tab, select the name you want to remove.
8) Deselect "Allow New Users to Add Themselves"
9) Quit
