If you need to use an OS 9 app in classic mode on OS X, there is no
problem. If OS 9 isn't running, doubleclicking on the app will start
OS 9 booting. With the latest generation of the OS X image OS 9 is
set to startup when logging into the student account. And it remains
running for the duration that a student is logged in.

But it is not necessary for OS 9 to be running in the first place
with the possible exception of HyperStudio. And all that happens then
is it might appear to crash. And you just wait for OS 9 to boot and
start up HyperStudio again. This is why the image was adjusted

Thanks
