The surest disconnect is to shut down the computer. Next, quit the
application all together. Our problem comes when someone is connected and
we have to force the user off the computer in order to back up. The data
will not back up if there is one computer logged on to the server.

So it is critical to have users logged off the server each night. Probably
the easiest method to insure logging off is to shut dow the computer.
