The program is installed on each workstation.  I usually have them exit by 
clicking on the "X" in the upper right hand corner.  Although when I was 
doing some testing I tried File - Exit from the menu and had the same 
problem.  But again, it's not happening on all computers (only about half!! 
aughhh!)
